TMG Labs ... the science of man and machine

Products

TMG offers Autonomous controllers for unmanned systems operations. This is the core of TMG’s work. The controllers offer the systems operator flexibility in the look and feel of system operation. Easily customize the look of the ground station screen and add or delete instruments as you need them.

The system also allows for interface with the collision avoidance system that is due for release in 2008. Interface with a variety of sensor packages to meet your mission needs.

TMG can help customers design and build platforms for use in a variety of applications. If you have a UAV/ UGV platform in mind, we’ll help you develop a production plan for it or build your prototype for you. We can even offer plans for integrating our autonomous controller or sense and avoid system into your vehicle. In most cases, we can provide you with crucial .data about flight performance and characteristics without the expense associated with wind tunnel testing.

TMG manufactures a wide range of maintenance stands for Military and Commercial users. All stands meet OSHA safety requirements and can be produced in a wide variety of colors and modified to meet individual customer needs. We realize that one stand does not work in all environments. If a B-1 or B-4 stand does not fit your application, let us know and we can custom engineer a stand that works! TMG can also build stands that are out of production. From the B-52or KC-135 to the King Air, we can build it!

TMG offers ground equipment to move aircraft components or entire airplanes from one location to another. Pictured here is a wing cart for moving military aircraft wing sections. We can manufacture these components from a variety of materials like 80/20, aluminum and can include extruded parts. Components can be anodized, painted or primed for shipment. Our turn-around is quick for immediate demand.

TMG’s staff has extensive background and experience in the aerospace industry focusing on developing cost-effective, safe and expandable launch vehicles for flight, atmospheric and microgravity research. Some past projects include a hybrid rocket powered UAV launched from a balloon. Near Space platforms and experiments have been performed and include launch, tracking and recovery coordination. Our current research focuses on long duration Near Space platforms, station-keeping techniques and steer able recovery techniques.

TMG's corporate capabilities include laboratory space, instruments and tools to design, assemble, test, and verify vehicle avionics and ground electronic subsystems along with RF uplinks and downlink communications equipment. TMG designs and fabricates, or procures where expedient, its avionics and ground support equipment to meet operational requirements. These subsystems incorporate both analog and digital circuitry, which are thoroughly tested to assure that they will function reliably during actual missions. These subsystems include video, instrumentation, data, voice and data repeater systems as well as command and control.

An expert in autonomous controls and tracking hardware, TMG uses its SkyTrak™ system for controlling flight parameters and, where applicable, can use its target identification hardware with a multitude of sensor options. Whether you’re using a simple optical sensor or a more complex WNS sensor suite, we can accommodate your data collection using safe, proven means. We can also integrate a secure network for encrypted transmissions if your mission requires it.
